We've introduced a persistent navigation sidebar that makes it easier to move around Stiple Labs. The new sidebar provides quick access to all essential functions without cluttering your workspace.
The sidebar includes seven key navigation options:
We've unified point clouds and files into a single, streamlined "Files" type. This eliminates confusion between different data types and creates a more intuitive way to manage all your project assets.
Your home page now displays:
The big search bar remains front and center, with the map removed to focus on your most recent work.
We've created a dedicated All Projects page that gives you complete visibility into your project library with two distinct viewing modes.
The default grid view displays all your projects as cards in an organized layout, making it easy to scan and find what you're looking for.
Switch to map view to see all your projects plotted geographically. Click any pin on the interactive map to reveal the project card with key details and actions.
The biggest change in this release: we've completely reimagined how you work within projects. Instead of separate pages for different aspects of your project, everything now lives in one unified workspace.
The new project workspace uses a flexible grid layout with independent cards:
We've completely transformed the file upload experience. Say goodbye to tedious forms and single-file limitations.
Simply drag and drop up to 10 files at once, each up to 150GB in size. No more clicking "New" buttons, filling out forms, or uploading one file at a time. Files are automatically processed and added to your project.
The previous workflow required clicking a "New" button, filling out name and description fields, and selecting files through a traditional file input. Now it's as simple as dragging files from your desktop directly into the upload area.
After being marked as "coming soon" for previous versions, we're excited to launch our complete documentation. The Help button in the sidebar now takes you to detailed guides, tutorials, and reference materials.
Whether you're getting started or need advanced guidance, comprehensive documentation is now just one click away through the Help button in your navigation sidebar.
Deleted items are now safely stored in the Trash for 30 days, giving you peace of mind and recovery options when accidents happen.
When you delete files or projects, they're moved to the Trash where they're retained for 30 days. During this time, you can either restore them back to their original location or permanently delete them if you're sure they're no longer needed.
Access the Trash through the sidebar to review deleted items, restore important files you deleted by mistake, or permanently remove items you no longer need.
You can now organize your project files into folders, bringing familiar file management concepts to your 3D projects. Create folder hierarchies that make sense for your workflow and keep related files grouped together.
